Cons

Elsevier has its own pace and culture. It really depends on you, for some it is perfect.

Pros

Huge market opportunity, strong & passionate teammates & transparent leadership. There is so much flexibility with work/life balance that it makes it easy to come into work in the morning This is the best company I've worked for in my whole career. I am genuinely excited to come to work and see my colleagues, and work together to build on the opportunities.
