Pros

Worked alongside some of the smartest publishing professionals in the field. Learned a lot. Great mentors.

Cons

Decisions from senior management place unnecessary administrative burden on publishers. Feedback from publishers is no longer valued or taken into consideration. Publishers are increasingly picking up the slack for work that used to be done by other departments. Salaries are stagnant.

Pros

People are friendly & a decent amount of vacation time.

Cons

Made a lot of employment changes, and got rid of a lot of people who have worked here for a very long time.

Pros

Flexible working hours, enjoy most of my colleagues very much

Cons

The annual raises are really terrible and it's incredibly hard to progress in your career when you start out young there.
