Pros

The people are extremely nice and collaborative. You are allowed a lot of independence and given adequate timelines. Management is very encouraging, flexible and accommodating. They are also open to new ideas and will supply you with anything you need to accomplish your tasks. The benefits are top notch. They provide vacation, sick days, personal days, and community service days with excellent health coverage.

Cons

The only downside was the salary is on the low side.

Pros

Very open to new technology choices, very little process getting in the way of getting good work done. Good culture.

Cons

Some corporate nonsense to wade though e.g. mandatory, very outdated computer security training

Pros

Good products and industry standard. Customers like products but often feel frustrated by Elsevier sales tactics. Always looking for ways to make customers think they are getting a good deal

Cons

Poor management and people in management are bullies. Reps work hard but are not appreciated. Clean house and start fresh
