Pros

Super supportive management on the CSC team! Some folks have been here for years and seen a lot of change and are so knowledgeable!

Cons

Working from home due to pandemic for over a year, but still aren't officially allowed to work remote indefinitely... seeing some turnover because folks are finding fully remote jobs

Pros

A company with a diverse workforce and a drive to help the world of Science. The company is seriously driving to improve its standing with the research committee.

Cons

It's a corporation - things take a while to change. It has a habit of reinventing the wheel and needs to move away from sales and customer wants towards understanding the needs of users.
