Pros

Very good benefits, especially 401(k) matching, paid-time off, and flexible working schedules.

Cons

Constant reorganization, inconsistent leadership, a lack of commitment to strategic goals, a lack of substantive communication and coordination between divisions. The culture has changed drastically and has become more political. Aggressive and disrespectful behavior is now tolerated and (seemingly) rewarded.

Pros

Good benefits, 401k matching, and flex-time —if you feel comfortable taking time off. They support volunteering and are always doing something to raise money for charities

Cons

Sweatshop, no organization, and micromanaged from the top. They don’t care about their people. People who have been there for awhile are leaving faster than they can hire, they are speaking up about why, but no one is listening.

Pros

Flexible schedule when not traveling. Not too micromanaged. Vacation is two weeks, but I negotiated for 3.

Cons

Extremely disorganized. Poor training. The worst training I have seen. Goals werenot even released until September for the current calendar year. Software updates and changes are released too early so always apologizing to customer for technical issues. Reps are not even trained on new product sometimes before it is released. I thought it would be a great job, before I took it. Looked good on paper I constantly regretted leaving my previous job. In one year I had 3 bosses. I was never paid my bonus that I counted on when I took the job so I earned less than I thought I would.
