I get to work with people with lots of years of experience and deep expertise and institutional knowledge.

Cons

The resistance to change can be high and we tend to avoid risks, preferring the well-worn solutions that have mostly worked well in the past.

Hi, I am very happy working at Elsevier because of the sector, supporting academic research. I also really like my colleagues who are supportive.

Cons

It’s a very large company so you need to know how to navigate such an environment without being lost or frustrated
