Pros

Colleagues are great. Helps that the CEO is a woman. Love their inclusive culture. Generally, it is a great place for achieving a work-life balance and fostering a great overall culture.

Cons

Obsolete legacy systems. Hard to be truly innovative. Tech leaders are not necessarily well-versed in tech. Promotion criteria are not transparent.
