Pros

I've been in multiple positions with this company and the biggest pro is flexibility.

Cons

The pay is terrible, lots of complainers, and not much opportunity for growth.

Pros

There are some great people who work for this company. Most don't last too long.

Cons

Bad management. NO support or guidance for growth. Very poor communication. Perks are not distributed fairly. Senior management has no idea what any given employee actually contributes, and mid-level management won't share your successes. Pretty discouraging to work so hard, do all that you're asked, and get no recognition. Promotions? What are those? Culture is so blah. By the end of my tenure here, I was overworked, under-rewarded, and I dreaded going to the office. Plus, the salary was laughable.
