Pros

Nice Team and nice colleagues (5 words minimum...)

Cons

Not a place for people who want to grow. You can work hard or not at all it won't make a big difference: it will be Sales fault anyway. Lack of knowledge or resources to conduct projects, products regularly bugging. No long term strategy (it changes every year). If you are not resilient you will not last long, if you are you can stay 20 yrs... but do not expect to accomplish much. Practice your fake smile and say everything is great.
