Pros

The people are great and 100% remote work.

Cons

100% turnover rate of the incident response team in less than 1 year. Info Sec leadership appears helpful on the surface, but repeatedly makes poor decisions leading to low morale and burnout. Pay is not competitive roughly 30k less than other companies for the same role.

Cons

Very corporate environment. The immediate team was great to work with but you could tell the usual issues of a big company weighed on leadership.
