Pros

Compensation and benefits are competitive compared to the rest of the industry.

Cons

There seems to be little concern for work life balance within the company. Most publishers oversee too many projects to handle them all well. The company prides itself on a "flat" organization but this leads to little opportunity to advance or gain management experience.

Pros

Good wage and benefits. A lot of the employees are rally nice so it can be a great place to be.

Cons

Management appear rudderless without a clue about direction. No clarity of purpose. Multiple people working on the same thing without it being joined up. Outsourcing functions means there is a real lack of knowledge in key areas.
