Reorganisation ahead but for financial reasons not the customer

Pros

Nice office environment, great colleagues, profession business

Cons

Mismanaged - Products go live but with a lack of continuous improvement to deliver for the customer. Little or no connection between senior management and those working hard to deliver. Only the noisy ones get heard. Only managers get further training. Long term employees dont! Losing author trust. Having a clear view of your sales forecast, agreements closed, opportunities won/lost is't transparent

Pros

Great co-workers from many diverse backgrounds. Decent pay and good benefits. Challenging work which can change quickly. Immediate managers are pretty decent.

Cons

Official communications that impact daily work are few and far between. Often management decisions or changes are communicated by word of mouth. Reasons are not given. Documentation is hard to find. Also, many time wasting meetings.
