      Pros

      - Great colleagues and the chance to learn from some very experienced people - Central location - Many opportunities to see how a medium-sized company tries to grow

      Cons

      The biggest con (no pun intended) is that the CEOs lack strategic insight. With investors breathing down their neck all they focus on is obviously quick revenue. Changing their minds every 5 minutes doesn't make it easier either, which also constantly switches the focus of employees before they even get the chance to deliver.

      When there is something really important to get on with, the majority of the time you are allowed to get on with it without too much interference.

      Cons

      Schizophrenic management style with split between bouts of "I'm cool when you get x done" to "When the *?!¢ is it going to be done!!!" plus constant nagging and whining in between. Draconian approach to work flexibility, lots of presenteeism - need to be an the office except under exceptional circumstances Describes itself as a "fintech": There's no tech, only fin. Make no mistakes, this is a labour-intensive FX business and little else.
