Pros

- friendly people - good location

Cons

- reigned over by one person - this hierarchy creates a lot of tension within the company so the atmosphere is tainted - no willingness to invest in Marketing - small budget, limited opportunities (mostly to Social Media and blog translations...) - no progression whatsoever - high staff turnover (Sales, Marketing, even Managers, sometimes whole departments overnight)

Pros

- Amazing and young colleagues - Because of that there is a nice atmosphere at the office and you can form acquaintances and even more if you want - Office location - Organise team building (if you are person that is up to it) - If you are lucky your team will have flexible hours otherwise you will live a regimen of time checking and only standing from your desk to to the restroom

Cons

- The base of the company is people that come out of college - Don't know how to handle senior profiles - While I was there 5 people from the office were fired, all senior. In others I lost count. - I enter with no possibility of progression - No health insurance - They tried to set the culture & values, the hype lasted one week and they it was forgotten

Pros

Company where you have the chance to learn and rapidly growth within the company. You start as business developer doing calls all day and you can evolve to senior sales 2 managing your own team in just 2 years I would say.

Cons

The job role is too intense in terms of calls and exigent in terms of minutes. You almost cannot do other things rather than minutes just to be green on the platform.
