Great Learning opportunity with good work environment.
Pros
I have joined Eaton as campus hire and after 2year I can write some honest reviews about this company. 1. The learning opportunity is high: it does matter you are fresher or experience they will assign you into the project after completion of your training. 2. diverse product: Eaton business is diverse so you will have various opportunities to work with different projects, I was core s/w field still i had a chance to worked with hardware project. 3. Fair pay with good benefits. 4. Work environment and culture is good 5. Free lunch.
Cons
1. They believe in somewhat show-off: if you are staying up to 8-9 pm every day you are more eligible to get more hike compare to others who left office at 7 pm, does not matter who has done how much work. 2. politics is at a high level.
