Immature working environment. Company still uses the drawings as Master and is progressive for the 1960s. Low level design work is not challenging and work is almost non-existent. Higher level engineers are green with low levels of maturity and ethics. Middle management is clueless and overcompensates by micromanagement. Overall, one of the worst places I have ever worked.

Not all departments are equal. Morale is awful. Over the past few years, some long term employees with extensive knowledge & passion for the company are treated with very little respect. It is common to see some mgmt in those depts. bullying, screaming and being rude to employees. Outbursts amongst some mgmt are common, daily tears amongst some employees are common, but respect & good communication from some mgmt is rare. Those who were consistently top performers have been beat down and some mgmt prefer robotic-type responses rather than the human touch to our customers. All emails and calls are reviewed to a point our customers poke fun at our mgmt. Focus is in the wrong place. Our customers do notice the difference. Key people with great knowledge & talents are leaving.
