      Pros

      Quality products and services. Excellent company benefits (Health Insurance, Pension)

      Cons

      The yearly employee review structure needs to change to a more practical and realistic approach. Procedures are one thing however they should not become a hindrance for employees to be properly and fairly evaluated. Too many mid level managers who cause high achieving employees to stay at a level that does not support growth and benefit the company as a whole.

      Pros

      One of the few companies that appreciates their employees and values them as an asset to the company. They are well structured with very good documented processes for most everything and I've never had a poor customer visit.

      Cons

      Due to their conservative nature, they tend to be slow to respond to the market needs as well as timliness to market with new products. They're expectations are very high and many times unachievable with little release.

      Fairly good benefits; beautiful working conditions

      Cons

      The management is doing its best to make everything black and white...rules after rules. The customer service department has two supervisors...one micro manages and the other is very reasonable...so in the same department there are two completely different styles of management. This new management has no clue how to do the job of their team but is allowed to make major decisions concerning how the job is done.
