      Pros

      Definitely the amount of exposure you get in different projects. Access to free certifications for continuous learning, and a great work environment.

      Cons

      Too much employee rotation, experienced people constantly leaving and behind only remains new ones and the responsibility of training them. Also sub par payment for the amount of responsibility and knowledge required for your role.
