      Payroll is good, if you work good variable pay can really amke a diffrence

      - nice management - nice place for work - they have some sport clubs - free fruit and juices in some specific days

      Cons

      - They will start high and then the increase will be so low - less interesting project - very demanding - sometimes you will not have work life balance
