      Pros

      Very supportive environment with friendly people and great job opportunities. Able to travel and work for other locations. They are very flexible and willing to support people who need time off work for various reasons. They have great reviews which include setting goals for the coming year. The provide lots of support for people sitting their accountancy exams. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Not really any cons besides the occasional stocktake that must be attended on the weekend. Other than that there is nothing bad I could say about working there.

      Pros

      Working with any of the Big 4 firms, you know what you can expect, especially when starting as a Staff 1 - lots of data entry, ticking-and-tying, etc. E&Y stresses its focus on the people as its advantage over the other accounting firms, but they'll say the same thing over at any of the other Big 4's. Career advancement is well-defined and structured.

      Cons

      It's a big firm, so it's easy to get lost in the cracks. During busy season, expect long hours and little compensation, but this is an industry standard. Recent layoffs hurt morale but are arguably necessary with tough economy.
