Pros

There are many reasons to work for Ernst and Young Global. Firstly, it is a good brand name. Secondly, it provides a very good training ground for the future finance professionals. Thirdly, they have a very good health care benefits. Fourthly, of late they are very much encouraging women, minority and diversity. Fifthly, the partners and managers are very open and approachable and last but not the least, the overall environment is very casual and homely.

Cons

Flip sides are firstly the salary is not at par with the industry or other big four, secondly, the work hours can be very long and thirdly, sometimes politics comes into the play in deciding the promitions.
