Pros

E&Y offers a lot of good training opportunity in terms of both technical (GAAP, control, etc) and soft skills(mentoring, feedback). You have access to a lot of information such as SNL, Bloomberg, Onesource. Bosses/Colleagues are very intelligent. The clients served are fortune 500 Corporations. Offers the flexiblity to take long vacations as your work is project based.

Cons

It is difficult to get work-life balance, especially for TAS. You may have projects started during weekends or friday at 6pm. Due to the business enviorment, the pipelines to partnership are clogged. Minimal bonus.

Pros

E&Y has a very good reputation, working here helps you get your foot in the door too a large array of companies.

Cons

The company is so big, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. You can work your ass off and not get noticed. On the flip side you can coast and do nothing without suffering.
