Pros

Good team of people and work reputation. Education (on the job and ACCA or CFA). Learning quickly about various businesses.

Cons

EY does not givee much trust to hired fresh graduates, sometimes work is more data copying or crunching without need for analysing. Quite rigid structure and hierarchy in the firm.
