Pros

Overall working at EY is a very rewarding experience. At the very least a great way to obtain experience.

Cons

Strange office culture compared to other EY offices.

Pros

Looks good on resume Most of the people are nice and chill to work with Good client base (if you get on a big client, it'll make your resume look even better) Good locations Pretty flexible in terms of sick days and personal days Not as flexible in terms of vacations, esp. for the new people

Cons

Long hours, even during non-busy seasons Some client teams can be pretty boring....team dynamics matter a lot for your experience here Pay is on the low end...compared to corporate jobs, consulting, finance, etc Necessity of getting your CPA...studying every night after a full day at work is not enjoyable The work can be mind-numbing at times
