      Pros

      The company provides lots of oppurtunities to grow and learn new stuff. The company consist of very nice people who are always willing to help and support us in various circumstances. We have easy access to all the seniors and people in higher levels. Provides lots of opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Work tiiming is one of main problems facing in EY. Does not have fixed work timing usually employees have to work 10+ hours daily depending on the project. Eventhough EY provides lot of resources to improve our skills, the employees won't get enough time to utilise those.
