      1. No Training was given to me and pulled into a project. 2. Expectations from fresher is same as an experienced person 3. No Work life Balance ( I am working for 12, hrs ) 4. Expected to work on holidays too 5. Salary is very low as compared to work they assign 6. So much of Micromanagement 7. Toxic Work Culture ( consider your mental health to be ruined) 8. Regional biased and favouritism is very common 9. No perks & Benefits 10. On job learning policy with no basic training given ( have to figure out everything on your own)
