      Nice & skilled people, very good atmosphere & learning culture

      Pros

      Very friendly people with great sense of humour, which are by coincidence :-) highly skilled SW developers. Learning culture with room to explore new areas and grow (get trained, learn new technologies, switch projects or even position, e.g. developer became scrum master etc.) Community life - people that have common interests have room to pursue them together (technical topics, culture, sports...) Good benefits - a lot of company events (incl.BBQ on rooftop terrace), language courses, facilitation of cultural, sports and other events. Every person has own personal budget that can be used for events, education, even buying hardware. International environment, good relationships with people at customers. Possibility to do internship to other branch of ERNI group (i.e. Romania, Philippines, Spain etc.) Agility in terms of software development, influence on the product. The company changed a lot in recent years, people can influence the changes (some things that were unimaginable are now reality)

      Cons

      Sometimes the changes are slower (projects, policies, ...) - it needs patience.

      ERNI Philippine office is young, vibrant, and very promising!

      Pros

      Overall, the Philippine office is still in its infant stage, 3-4 years, however the growth opportunity is huge. Other good points -- Trainings and education are given without strings attached. Several activities to stimulate and promote learning such as brownbags, meetups, hack sessions, camps, coding dojos, etc. Open-door policy. Flexible time. Exciting projects.

      If you are not open to learning opportunities, this company is not for you.

      Pros

      ERNI Slovakia is full of outgoing people, who creates friendly work atmospehre. They are full of new ideas and the company is willing to listen. That is why I like to work at ERNI.

      Cons

      If someone wants to pursue the carrier in climbing the company hierarchy, ERNI is probably not the best place because of ot flat organizational structure. ERNIs vision is to have not more than 100 employees on each site.
