      Pros

      ERNI is very professional company with very friendly company culture. I have opportunity to work with great developers and learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      ERNI doesn't have own products. Everything what is being developed belongs to customer. This makes identification with work hard.

      Open-space, not in the cente of the city.

      Pros

      Projects, trainings and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant place to work. Possibility of changing projects or even roles after some time. Nice education, sport and community events. Flexible working time. Agile development is a natural part of ERNI. Great HR department, willing to support and help with any topic proactively.

      Cons

      Not enough web projects in .NET. On the other hand positive is that desktop apps are ussualy in WPF and using modern technologies.
