Pros

Claim to be different is not be different: main focus is on body rental, difficult to change project or assignment, no job rotation, trainings provided are old fashioned and completely outdated for a modern consultant or technologist ( not landing to ANY official tech or mgmt certification). Carrer path is not clear or allowed to "happy fews" , too emphasis on so-called "soft skills" instead on tech skills that are required to work on site, managers dont appriciate the value of giving feedbacks and accepting, no real opportunities of career advancement.

Cons

Improve communication between people and workers , "effective" communication with feedbacks system. Follow the "nice sounding" values that the company claim want follow (values need to be applied not just mentioned).

Dear reviewer, Firstly, let us apologize for our late reply. We are really sorry to hear about your negative experience with ERNI, but thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As we strive to improve and always look for ways to develop the capabilities of our employees, it is quite surprising you didn’t find our trainings sufficient. We also share the knowledge among teams and support the job rotation, if the employee is interested. Our career map is simple, highlighting the essential steps on the career path for all employees willing to advance their career. Our managers have regular trainings about soft skills (not only), which include also receiving feedback. We have to confess the experience you described is inconsistent with our values, therefore we would really appreciate if you could share the location where you worked so that we could specifically address your points.
