      A Company That Cares for its Customers and Employees

      Pros

      The company has a stressful-free environment. Employees can spend some time to relax by going to the game room or the pantry. Projects are challenging and will really the skills and capabilities of the employees. The management is also good. Employees are taken care of and their career goals are always being taken into consideration.

      Cons

      I honestly did not find anything negative while I was working for this company.

      Pros

      Projects, trainings and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant place to work. Possibility of changing projects or even roles after some time. Nice education, sport and community events. Flexible working time. Agile development is a natural part of ERNI. Great HR department, willing to support and help with any topic proactively.

      Cons

      Not enough web projects in .NET. On the other hand positive is that desktop apps are ussualy in WPF and using modern technologies.
