Hybrid setup and easy interview process.
Cons
Company cuts too much just to support all the travel and expenses of higher ups. Projects are handled by fresh grads who only trained for 2 months and offered as Professional to Senior level to clients. HMO was downgraded, not enough coverage and only employees. Education support is only ₱2,000 per year, and you will be asked to sign employment bond. Too many exits on key positions and this scares me.
