      Big company with a lot of projects to work on (but only if you are eligible)

      Cons

      Too much burocracy inside the company. Worked on a chaotic project with a lot of client exigence. Non competitive salary and they don't really care about you at all

      Great multinational exposure and a diverse, international team. Strong IT resources make work easier.

      Cons

      Limited promotion opportunities and no clear salary reviews. Some issues with respect within the management team, affecting team morale.
