Pros

Excellent plant management staff. They are very good at operating and maintaining the plant on limited support. Safety program is top notch.

Cons

Health benefits could be much better. High deductibles and insurance plan costs. Salary is lower than other plants in the area.

Pros

The world is at your feet. Working for this multinational gives opens a lot of opportunities which you would not have in smaller companies.

Cons

No trust / empowerment towards the employers. Acc to management this is a "mean and lean" organization whereas it is the totally opposite. The structure and internal politics are terrible.
