Pros

Big building, friendly people, lots of work to keep you busy, good benefits, great company values, a lot of support to employees from management.

Cons

Software is terrible to deal with, uncomfortable desks and chairs, don't get a welcoming feeling for the first 90 days when you are considered a "temp for hire".

Pros

Ecova cares about giving back to the community. It is a laid back atmosphere and they are always offering training to better your skills.

Cons

They hardly give you a bonus because it is based on how the company does overall not your individual project. The jobs are often unstable because they have a lot of projects within the company if one project is cut then you're out.
