Pros

Very enjoyable work environment. Managers push employees to work extremely hard but know the benefits of having a good time at the office. Ecova also offers competitive salaries and great benefits, especially for an entry level position.

Cons

At the time of my employment, Ecova is understaffed, meaning you are going to put in a LOT of overtime. Also, for hourly positions, they hire through a temp agency, and depending on which agency they go through at the time, it could cause a lot of red tape.

Interesting and fun team of people. Reasonable offices in London.

Cons

Zero staff training. Poor leadership from top down. Low pay and career opportunities in the company.
