The company is an the interesting, ever changing energy management industry. Huge multinational parent company with nice offices and dedicated to helping the environment.

Cons

Many salaries lag market level and management at many levels is lacking in diversity. Strong need for innovation in the marketplace but difficult to articulate the company's contribution to marketplace change.

Lots of freedom to expore roles within the company. Very diverse clients and broad knowledge within the company available. Lots of vacation days. Good work life balance

Cons

Slow job rotation Management isn't very fast when it comes to making decisions. Decesions that have Been made are very badly implemented or enforced. The culture is very conservative. Slow to adopt new technologies.
