Pros

good salary and benefits package

Cons

toxic senior management team - they claim that they care for their people but when people need it the most, they are let down by those who said they were in a safe space. They don’t practise what they preach and everything is just a tick-box exercise for good employer PR

Pros

Good company, good pay and benefits. Support is relatively forthcoming from most departments. Engineering and asset management specifically are both fantastic and very helpful.

Cons

Very little support for personnel in the field. Very few useful policies or procedures for solar. When asked for support, regional operations managers will often lie about their location (i.e., tell site manager A they are at site B, and vice versa, while staying home), all the while reporting to their superiors that they are frequently on site. Upper management is very out of touch with the problems encountered on sites because the truth is not reaching them through regional managers and directors.
