Pros

Flexible schedule, PTO, ability to work independently

Cons

Lack of accountability, "overtime is the cure" mentality rather than fixing what's broken, driving numbers rather than quality to a disservice of the client, exempt employees held to hourly standards

Pros

The people are great, awesome vacation benefits, environment is not hostile, hours are generally Monday through Friday with weekends off, office does have employee only parties occasionally.

Cons

Long hours during the busy season which is usually around the holidays, with all jobs some of the coworkers lack dedication, some weekend they will require mandatory overtime without notice.
