Pros

pay for wages are regularly on time every month. Some money savings schemes in place. Trainings are limited but happening sometimes.

Cons

businesses orientation is exclusively for profit, so top management have a good bonus. No motivation scheme in place. No payrise for 3 years. H&S only on the paper but no money to actually do it safely. Supplying chain very limitet and expensive.

Pros

The company is doing really cool things in the energy and sustainability industry and is growing quickly. Great office culture.

Cons

Recently acquired by ENGIE, which has fueled the growth. However, due to restructuring, the growth has shown little and slow career advancement. The wage was let than ideal.
