      Pros

      Work from home and good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and have a cronie mentality. They are not willing to improve the status quo despite high turnover. Upper management and HR knows there’s issues with culture but have not made a substantial change to improve it. The system has had issues for years that they can’t seem to fix. Employees do not want to speak up about anything not working well as management will not take any constructive feedback well.

      Flexible hybrid schedule, friendly and helpful co-workers, CEO seems to take into consideration employee feedback

      Cons

      Temp employee, contract ended prematurely because VP felt things weren't working out (was only working there for a month and a half), mediocre training, condescending senior- level manager.

      Pros

      Wages are okay to start, some of my colleagues are forever friends, heavy workload keeps you busy.

      Cons

      Condescending management, horrible culture, horrible incentives, they use you and make you feel like you’re working toward a goal then write you up for being sick and use it as a reason to deny promotion. They talk poorly and openly about senior management and their employees alike. Very clique corporate. Wasted my time, energy, skill set, and loyalty with this company. They have pulled multiple colleagues to the side to tell them about their smells and how offensive it is, and fail to tell you about your work ethic. Poor structure, unorganized, unfair.
