Pros

Great benefits. A lot of great people.

Cons

When I left, the company was on its second digital transformation in four years. New management had come in and consultants were paid. The truth was the the problems that they have are fairly simple to solve: 1. Identify a few quality projects that will actually make a difference for the company. And then do it. There's too much postering for power there to actually be able to achieve something good. 2. Work on the company culture. The simplest thing would have been have actual goals that the company could work towards. There's research that clearly supports that having clear goals is linked to worker satisfaction. Instead a book was touted that's recommendations were never implemented. 3. Get rid of the incompetent and promote the competent. I met a lot of really smart people and then worked with some that had no idea what they were talking about but were kept in positions of power. A lot of people in all levels doing a lot of nothing while the others pull weight. BTW I think I just wrote the corporate goals for 2023.

Pros

You can make a buttload of money because you work at least 55 hours a week

Cons

Leadership is extremely consending Nothing ever gets changed Leadership will throw you under a bus so fast No time for family life If you disagree with leadership they will tear you a new one You are expected to take errors even if they are not yours Leadership is not required to work as many hours and therefore are not available when you have questions Leadership has no problem calling you out in front of everyone on errors and making you look stupid Leadership is unwilling to compromise Leadership is downright MEAN Information is changed on the daily and you have to remember all the changes You are forced to follow a "flow" but if it doesn't have the information, you should just know it. Or it should be in some non-existent notes no one told you to take. There is so much work that you can't get questions answered timely
