Cons

Senior Management do not listen or care until there is a critical issue No bonus or additional income Many highly-skilled departments are being laid off due to outsourcing (job stability is poor) Heavy custom-code environment with many new outsourced employees creating more issues downstream Many employees feeling overworked and burned out Poor data integrity
