culture: welcoming people positive attitude working hour flexible no micro management Localization: city center Poblenou really nice neighbor

Cons

Benefit: not that much compared to the industry / tech. I was expecting more WFH at 50% after covid time to keep the culture. It would be better to have the full flexibility available.
