Micro management and poor leadership team Very toxic environment and culture in the past 2-3 years, employees suffer the pain without seeing any improvement. It is terrible vs the time when I joined 4 years ago. no collaborations across all teams

Supportive colleagues but stressful micromanaging executives

Great company values, competitive pay and benefits, and really supportive people in the Australian office. A lot of genuinely nice colleagues that make work way better day to day.

Cons

Since the recent upper annd executive management changes in my department, the culture became much more micromanaged and top-down. Communication around priorities and changes often feels unclear, and engineering teams don’t trusted when it comes to estimates or technical decisions. Leadership getting too involved in day-to-day work made the environment feel more stressful and toxic than collaborative. There’s also a noticeable tendency to hire managers from the same previous circles/companies, which doesn’t always help bring fresh perspectives.
