Pros

Employees get lots of autonomy, management is always looking to make things better, executives are striving to make the company the best it can be. Everyone is honest and transparent. Things change rapidly — Duo feels like a different company every few months. My coworkers are all smart, driven, and fun. The office location is great.

Cons

To be honest, there isn't much to complain about. Some people should take more vacation time, and the new office is still becoming a comfortable place to work. But overall things are great.

Pros

- Your role at Duo is what you make of it; if you want a chance to level up your career this is the place to be - Duo's growing rapidly which leaves significant opportunities for career advancement and skill development - Amazing mentors: some of the best minds in security, excellent leadership (past COO Zendesk, Zack Urlocker) - Revenue curve up and to the right consistently, high customer satisfaction and engagement - Cool customers: Twitter, Etsy, Yelp - who doesn't want to work with their IT/Security teams? - Be in a space where you actually get to sell and develop an amazing product (currently dominating with product superiority)

Cons

Duo is not for the faint of heart. If you're joining Duo on what they call "tour of duty" you're going to want to be prepared as you'll get sucked in with the excellent product, team, customers. You'll see the opportunity to grow your career and you'll get sucked in and lose your balance. Duo actively talks about having good work/life balance, but it's easy to "fall off the wagon." Not necessarily the companies fault though, but be prepared to not want a floater job.
