Amazing product and culture at Duo

Pros

The software, people and culture are amazing. Everyone is available to make sure you succeed without micro-managing you. It feels like one huge family. Not only are new ideas encouraged, but they let you implement them yourself. As for the product, it is easy to install and deploy.

Cons

They have a great location but as a result, parking is an issue. Sometimes I walk several blocks from my car to the office.

Relaxed culture where you can truly be yourself, motivating coworkers and managers, a true work hard/play hard environment (as cliche as that sounds). Everyone is devoted and working towards the same goal.

Cons

Very, very fast paced environment. Sink or swim!
