Work pressure keeps you up on your toes !!!!!!!!! it cant be negative aspect as being in such a stage you will be tested in any company that you might be in.

has best person working and company supports all activities ranging from social services to others, entry level is good and well growth is present.

Cons

competition is more and varies from department to department . the company is far from city and takes around 1-2 hours to travel making the job as hectic.
