work culture is awesome,people here R very friendly u can go to any department and seek help.Provides a very good platform to learn and grow. training programs by HR and all departments gives u lot of information which helps u to understand and enjoy the work

some times heavy work load ....it depends on targets and dead lines of the project but it can be managed.
