One of the best company to work in healthcare industry. Have a really great work culture. Employee is paid well according to his/her performance. Have a high consideration for social and ethical values. Employee Safety is taken very seriously here.

Cons

Sometimes Work pressure becomes really high. Work and manpower ratio not good.
