      Freedom of Speech, Flexibility to work, Delivery oriented, Inspirational Senior management, Great Campus, Empathetic people, Good Infra structure, They take care of employees very well.

      Cons

      Most Mid level management like associate directors and directors pose a lot of resistance. May not be necessary in the hierarchy.

      Poor vision. Poor increments. Too much systems in place and these systems showing down the research work n some time person get more involve in non scientific tasks
